Building is designed to depict the personality of Late Shri. Dattaji Bhale. Central part of the building has a huge skylight.

Ground floor caters to blood bank activities and its first floor has a conference room, library, meeting halls and two guest rooms. Ground floor is made transparent with the use of glass partitions.
